Die FVH-Weiterbildung setzt sich aus 1 Jahr Internship und 2 Jahren praktischer Tätigkeit bei einem anerkannten Weiterbildner FVH für Kleintiere zusammen.
Anhang 4 regelt die Anforderungen, Aufgaben und Pflichten der Weiterbildner, die Anforderungen an Weiterbildungsstätten sowie die Anforderungen an das Internship.
Die Liste der Weiterbildner und Weiterbildungsstätten wird jeweils Ende Jahr aktualisiert.
